Unleash your power with Powerbar’s Black Line products: Powerbar Fuel 30 Gel contains 30 g of carbohydrates per serving in a 1:0.8 ratio of glucose to fructose—for optimal energy supply during athletic performance. According to current scientific knowledge, the 1:0.8 carbohydrate ratio contributes to increased carbohydrate oxidation and improved gastrointestinal tolerance (O’Brien & Rowlands DS, 2011, and O’Brien et al., 2013).
