Unleash your power with the Powerbar products of the Black Line: The Powerbar Fuel Gel 30 contains 30 g of carbohydrates per serving in a ratio of 1:0.8 of glucose and fructose sources - for an optimal energy supply during sports performance.
According to current scientific knowledge, the carbohydrate formula of 1:0.8 contributes to increased carbohydrate oxidation and improved intestinal tolerance (O'Brien & Rowlands DS, 2011 and O'Brien et al. 2013).
Ingredients
Fructose (41%), maltodextrin (26%), dextrose (26%), natural lemon flavouring, sodium citrate, acid (citric acid), salt, natural lime flavouring.
May contain: EGGS, SOY, MILK.
Suggested usage
Drink 1-3 portions per hour as needed during moderate to higher endurance exercise.
Mixing instructions (1 portion): Mix 32 g (2 measuring spoons – included) in 500 ml water.
