Shipping and Delivery Costs

1. Shipping Costs

1.1. Germany

Powerbar offers free shipping within Germany for orders of €30 or more.

For orders under €30, a flat shipping fee of €3.95 applies for standard shipping via DHL within Germany.

Shipping is handled by our logistics partner, DHL.

From the German Powerbar Shop, shipping is only available within Germany.

1.2. Austria

Powerbar offers free shipping to Austria for orders totaling 30 € or more.

For orders under 30 €, a flat shipping fee of 3.95 € applies for standard shipping via DHL to Austria. This fee covers the costs of packaging, insurance, and shipping the order.

From the Austrian Powerbar Shop, shipping is only available within Austria.

1.3. Other Countries

Currently, shipping is only available within Germany and to Austria. However, we plan to expand shipping to other countries in the near future.

2. Delivery Times

For standard shipping within Germany, the order will be delivered to the specified shipping address within approximately 1–2 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by our logistics partner DHL.
For standard shipping to Austria, the order will be delivered to the specified shipping address within approximately 1–3 business days. Delivery takes place Monday through Friday via our logistics partner DHL.

3. Package Tracking

To easily track your package after it has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes a DHL tracking code. You can use this code to check the location of your package at any time on the DHL tracking page.

4. Returns

Orders can be returned to Powerbar within 14 days. Powerbar will cover the cost of return shipping within Germany and Austria, provided that the provided return label is used.

We will process your return request as quickly as possible and send you the necessary documents so you can list your return items and generate the return label.

Then affix the return label to your package and send it back, including the completed return form inside the package. Alternatively, you can also add a QR code to the package, if available.

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 10 days. Powerbar has no influence over this.

Alternatively, you can print out the cancellation form and include it in the return package.

5. Purchase Price Refund for Returns

As soon as Powerbar receives the package, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase price of your return will be refunded via the same method used for payment. Depending on the payment method, this may take up to one week. If you ordered on open account, please reduce the invoice amount by the value of the returned goods.
