Check out the PowerBar mention in the Outside Magazine special edition. An article on pg. 80 "The 10 Biggest Fitness Myths" talks about PowerBar Ironman Perform and it's gucose fructose ratio in myth #9. PowerBar doing it right...again !!

It's never to early to start preparing for your next event or competition. I make four year plans for the Paralympics. So start planning for the next Ironman 70.3 in Syracuse NY on September 18, 2011. You can do it !!! (0 comments)

Hey everyone, It is time to focus on our goals. It is getting dark so early and getting colder so it would be easy to take a day off to flake for a day...Don't let this happen. Stay focused find someone to train with if you can and meet your goals. (0 comments)
