Get Your Sleep

The human body is very adaptive and responds to training stress by growing stronger and faster. However, this process is jeopardized if your body is not allowed to recover. During sleep the body releases various hormones and undergoes numerous metabolic process that allows the body to heal. Eight hours of sleep is recommended for endurance athletes and is critical to long-term success.
