Q: I have always struggled to keep my heart rate down, and I don't know if it's something nutrition-related (food and hydration), or an aspect of training I'm not hitting enough (aerobic base, aerobic threshold, etc.) but it's hard to train at a certain level if your body won't let you. I can see how it could tie in to something I'm doing/not doing from a nutrition perspective.
