I have spent the last sixteen years of my professional career as a collegiate coach.My areas of strength are soccer, strength training and fitness especially as they relate to the sport of soccer. For example, weight training, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, agility and speed training and so on.I currently train male and female soccer players and am a women's collegiate soccer coach.
