My name is Jay Panther and I am a competitive freestyle mogul skier. I grew up in Lake Tahoe and played a number of other sports as a kid, including baseball, soccer, football and golf. I played baseball at the University of Vanderbilt. I also love playing beach volleyball.
I am inspired everyday to be the best athlete I can. My love for God and my family inspires me to never give up.
My biggest challenge is focusing on one sport. I played baseball until I was 19. I have been skiing for the past seven years and want to continue at least until the 2014 Olympics. I also have a desire to be an AVP volleyball player. I have a lot I want to accomplish. The challenge is fitting it all in.
I am not superstitious.
