OVT sand volleyball tourney
My partner and I got 7th out of 26 teams last weekend in Columbus. Every tournament we seem to keep taking steps in the right direction. The most enjoyable part of the tournament was picking apart teams. For example, noticing fatigue and the opponent using the same defensive scheme everytime. In addition, the PowerBar products I used which were the Endurance drink and the fruit and nut bar kept me strong all tournament long.
