Little Fuel goes a long way
Working out after a long day in the office can sometimes be tough. Eating lunch at noon and then trying to urge the body to perform 6 hours later requires some preparation, specifically fuel. I found eating half a bar or a PowerGel 30 minutes before my workout really increased my performance. I was necessarily hungry, but getting 100-200 calories in really made a difference!
