Circuit Training

While getting ready for the upcoming winter climbing season, I started working on a few different training circuits that I think overall will greatly benefit my overall performance this year...This one circuit, my favorite focuses primarily on strength and stamina, two key components of climbing and it goes as such
10 pull ups
20 push ups
10 chin ups
20 push ups
20 box steps (each leg) w/ 60+ lb barbell/DB
10 horizontal pull ups
10 DB curls to over head press
15 lunges (each leg) w/60+ barbell/DB
This is one set.....4 more to go.....The main focus of this routine is speed, being able to go through each step efficiently with minimal rest in between exercises....Finally, take a break at the end of each set *3 to 5 min), water up then get after it!!! Give it a shot and tell me what you think
