Fall Marathon Training: Week #8
Fall Marathon Training 8/23/10-8/29/10 This was my second week above 140 miles. I have been up to this range before, but not since I did one week at 140 back in March of 2009. It’s really not as hard as you would think. I get up and run. Then I go to work. Then I come home, run, eat dinner and pass out. I may be weird, but for some reason, I find peace in the simplicity of it. Anyway, here’s my log from last week: Monday:
