Today I just attended the semi-marathon HYERES: 21.1 kms I took 2 gels PowerBar strawberry banana flavor: it went super well: I am a time of 1:34 in preparation for Ironman Austria. aujourd'hui, je viens de participer au semi-marathon de HYERES:21,1kms j'ai pris 2 gels powerbar strawberry banana flavour:tout s'est super bien passé: je fais un temps de 1h34 en préparation pour l'ironman austria.
