weight lifting
I have a question about weight lifting. I have been lifting weight for awhile but am curious to know what method is the most effective. Should i be lifting heavy weights a few times or light weights a lot of times, or somewhere between?
well what you want to do is do 10 reps with weight that is kinda easy to you then and 5 pounds to it and do 8 reps and after that add 25 more pounds and do as much reps as you can do of it
more weight less times will have u gain more muscle, less weight more times will tone your muscles.
Well I've found that this works for me...I lift 3 times a week, Monday,Wednesday, Thursday or Friday...Monday's I lift upper body. Wednesday lower body and explosion exercises. Then the last day do a Back and Shoulder exercises. Heavy weights for 1 month. Then Light for a Month. Then Month 3 Heavy again with drop sets. Rest for 2 weeks then repeat.
Ive been working out for 3 weeks now with the method of upper body monday then lower body the next etc. and i havent seen any results.
Haha okay you need to do upper body lower body,it matters not how much weight you do but how your technique for that lift is,and it must be great.I lift for football, baseball, and basketball just lift do clean, squat, deadlift, bench and perfect the technique you'll get bigger i went from running a 5.3 40yrd dash to a 4.5 i do 3 x 3's 10 8 6's and more.
