I always enjoy the swim sessions with short rest! A session like this helps to build good fitness and is fun when you are fit.  Stick to the rest intervals!      300 swim 200 pull 4x50 off 5 sec rest 4x50 off 10 sec rest 100 kick 3x100 5 sec rest 4x50 10 sec rest 100 kick 2x200 20 sec rest 4x50 10 sec rest 100 kick 3x100 10 sec rest 4x50 10 sec rest 100 kick 4x50 5 sec rest 4x50 10 sec rest 100kick

Strecth cord dry land drill good to teach putting pressure on the water. Pressure under the water is where you get propulsion.
