Here is a swim session I like!  The intervals are based on your level.  Mine were done on the 1.15, 1.20 and 1.30 times.  The idea is to have 5-8 sec rest w/ 5 x 10, 10-12 sec w/4 x 100 and you can swim faster w/3 x 100 because more rest.   With the 4 x 50's do 15 seconds rest after each one. This will allow you to get some speed to carry over to the shorter rest   Have fun!   300 swim 200 pull 10 x 50 as IM switch or Drill/swim 100 easy 4 x 50 as easy/steady/good/easy 5 x100 off 1.15/1.25/1.40/1.45/1.50/2.10 200 easy 4 x 50 as easy/steady/good/easy 4 x 100 off 1.20/1.30/1.45/1.50/1.55/2.15 100 easy 4 x 50 as easy/steady/good/easy 3 x100 as easy/steady/good off 1.30/1.40/1.50/1.50/2min 100 easy
