Soreness.....love it or hate it

I have to admit for some sick reason even though I complain about it, I do love being sore...

I feel accomplished when I am sore. I feel like I got in a good workout. However, the next day (or several days) I have a lot more "ohhhhs" and "ahhhhs" when I am moving around.

The best thing though is getting back into the gym. It hurts, but it really helps get that soreness out.

I can tell you what I do not love is torn calluses. Nothing about ripped calluses makes me a happy camper.

Yes, I agree....I always get that sense of accomplishment after a good hard run and everything is sore. Although how do you feel about blisters? Can't say that I'm a fan....
