Fall Marathon Training: Week #9
Fall Marathon Training 8/30-9/5/2010 This week ended up being my highest week ever. I have been in the 140 mile range plenty of times, but have never cracked it. The week was solid, with plenty of workouts and obviously, volume. Felt pretty rough in the middle of the week, but a trip to Chicago rejuvenated me and my spirits. I am very excited for the next 5 weeks to come and go so that we can just race! My log for the week: MONDAY
