Circuit Training
Feel like you have been on a treadmill or a stairmaster or an eliptical forever? Bored to tears with your workout? And still don't see results? Try Circuit Training! Circuit Training combines high-intensity cardio with resistance training. So you are on and off the cardio equipment and working out with weights in between. A good trainer can design a program for you and take you through it in a couple of sessions (or keep reading my blog and I'll outline how you can design your own). It should be easy to follow, give you a great workout, and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. Usually, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise, which keeps your heart rate up, and also keeps you interested. How-tos on designing your own program in my next blog!
I'm interested in your "how-to's" for a circuit training program! Are you going to post another blog? I'd like to try it!
