Hi everyone — welcome to my blog on Cardio.
First off, I want to talk about something that I feel strongly about. Cardio is a critical part of any serious (or not-so-serious) workout. And people love to focus on it, thinking they will see quick results — espeically for weight loss. I see people in my gym all the time that seem to be on the treadmills endlessly, but never seem to make any progress, nor do you see any changes in their bodies. And what's the point of going to the gym and working so hard if you're not going to see some results!!!! So my advice is, don't overdo the cardio! Every other day — not every day and 30 minutes is fine. And if you're not seeing results, you need to try circuit training — which incorporates both cardio and weight lifting — more on that on my next blog!
I'm engaged in cardio every morning for an hour and I'm seeing good results in terms of weightloss. It has been my routine for 4 weeks now. I also feel better throughout the day
i agree! i only do thirty minutes every day, whether light run outside or the gym equipment. I have more energy all day that sustains me well. If I don't, i definately feel the difference right around afternoon time. but in any case, wow..i love the wonderful way i feel even if its only every other day.

High-quality protein — in the amounts you need, when you need it, and without the extra calories that come from fat or added carbs.
