Spring has almost sprung...
With spring just around the corner its time to make sure that I'm ready for more (then usual) riding.So starting this week I'm planning more stretching sessions in the evening. Stretching before I ride makes all the difference in how great a session I have. If I stretch beforehand then I'm more relaxed and lose. This translates in to more creative skateboarding.Like stretching, eating right prior to a session is a must. Plenty of fluids and protein get me going and keep me going throughout the session.How are you getting ready for spring?
