2012 is an Olympic year!
Coming off my stress fracture in my lower back in August set me behind a bit. However, this summer of cross training gave me a chance to build my milage slowly and make sure I'm ready for the Mile/1500 this track season in 2012. I'm currently healthy and running 75 miler per week.Last weekend I raced in Seattle at the USATF Club Cross Country Nationals. I used this race as a workout and a stepping stone to my indoor season. I plan on racing a mile in NYC on January 21st as my season opener. I have high hopes this winter and summer as my training has been better then ever this past fall.I will keep everyone up to date with my training and racing this winter. This June is the Olympic Trials and I plan on being healthy mixing things up with the best. I have been loving all my Powerbar product!!!!
