MAY BRITT WROTE | 6/9/2010 11:54:38 AM It is a rainy day but i got in a short ride this morning before the rain kicked in. Today I had PowerBar lemon/lime sportsdrink on the ride, and tested the new powerbar protein mixed with milk for lunch - taste pretty good and should help me keep my suguar level in balance since I am trying to cut back on carbo's. I am trying to ease back into a leaner bodyweight and have set goal to spend the summer getting back in shape to keep up with all the juniors that I am coaching.
