IronGirl Syracuse

Congradulations to all of the athletes who challenged themselves in the Irongirl Syracuse on August 7th 2011. I hope you all had a great time and will compete in this event again next year.

It was great talking to so many people at the PowerBar booth, hearing about your wonderful experiences training and competing, and providing the athletes with samples of great PowerBar products. The Energy Bites were extremely popular as were the new IronGirl bars.

Planning for the next competition

It's never to early to start planning for your next competition or event. I have made 4 year plans for the Paralympics. So start training for the next Ironman 70.3 in Syracuse on September 18, 2011. You can do it !

It is getting dark so early now and it is getting colder. It would be easy take a day off, flake for a day. But don't do it.

Hydration

It is fall soccer season and the weather is cooling down.
